What We believe
God is Creator and exists eternally as the divine Trinity: the Father, Jesus Christ, His Son, and the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Bible is God’s authoritative, inerrant and infallible Word, worthy to be loved, studied, taught, and obeyed.
In the miraculous virgin birth of the eternal Son of God, Jesus, Christ, who is fully man and fully God.
In the sinless life, atoning death, bodily resurrection, and exaltation of Jesus Christ to the right hand of the Father.
All mankind has sinned, the wages of sin is death, and man’s only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, God’s Son. Salvation is received through repentance toward God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ; by the washing of the water of the Word, with the regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, being justified by grace through faith, man becomes an heir of God, according to the hope of eternal life.
God calls all believers in His Son into fellowship one with another, and through the Holy Spirit is actively ministering through the giftedness of believers within His Church.
That Jesus Christ gave instructions to practice two ordinances within His church until He returns:
Water Baptism. All who repent and believe on Christ as Savior and Lord are to be baptized. In doing so they declare to the world that they have died with Christ and have been raised with Him to walk in newness of life.
Communion. The Lord’s Supper, consisting of the elements of bread and the fruit of the vine, is the symbol expressing a memorial of His suffering and death for the forgiveness of our sins until He returns.
Jesus Christ is the mediator between God and man, seated in heaven at the right hand of the Father, from where He shall return to judge all mankind, both those who have received Him to eternal life, and those who have rejected Him to eternal punishment (Matt. 25:46).
